Classes & Workshops
Take a glass workshop at the Museum of Glass
Hands-on glass workshops taught at the Museum of Glass on the Thea Foss Waterway, alongside the museum's live Hot Shop. The museum publishes which workshops are running, who they suit and what they cost.
Hours, prices, seasons and reservation rules change. Confirm on the official page before you go — Tacoma Trekker is an independent visitor platform.
The Museum of Glass runs its own hands-on workshops in addition to the live Hot Shop demonstrations visitors can watch from the amphitheatre. Offerings change through the year and some sell out well ahead, so check the museum's workshops page for the current schedule, age guidance and pricing. The museum sits on the Thea Foss Waterway, a short walk across the Chihuly Bridge of Glass from downtown Tacoma.
Hot glass work: follow the museum's age, footwear and clothing requirements as published on its site.
