Notes

Tacoma's park system is the reason many people move here, and this Trek covers the range of it: a Victorian city park, an urban lake, a large forested headland and a beach under the Narrows bridges. It is a driving route, with short walks at each stop. Tides change the beaches noticeably, and some park roads have vehicle-free hours — check current schedules before you go.
