The Tacoma City Turkey Trot offers a USATF-certified 5K Run/Walk at 9:00 AM and a Kids 1K at 10:15 AM (kids 12 and under; grown-ups can run along free). Costumes encouraged. 5K registration includes a finisher medal and T-shirt (order by Nov 12 to guarantee size); Kids 1K includes a finisher ribbon. Team discounts for groups of 4, 10 and 15. The event collects non-perishable food donations for the Nourish Food Bank and donates a portion of proceeds to the Humane Society of Tacoma & Pierce County. Entry fees are non-refundable. 5K from $57.50 (price increases closer to race day); Kids 1K $10.
