Midwinter Frost brings an indoor carnival and craft faire to Freighthouse Square on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM. All ages are welcome and entrance is free. The organizer lists free parking, carnival games, a cake walk, artisan vendors, sweet treats and Santa. The current organizer listing offers five free game tickets for children, with up to seven additional tickets for $3. Vendor purchases are extra. Its agenda includes a belly dance demonstration by Anubis Dance Collective from 1–1:45 PM and roaming music by Borealis Bard. Use the organizer's Eventbrite page for current details and free tickets. That page lists the venue at 2501 East D Street. The earlier flyer supplied by the owner instead gives 440 E 25th Street and a $5 game pass; these differ from the current listing. Check with the organizer for the event entrance and any changes to optional game pricing. The flyer advertises Santa photos from 11 AM–1 PM, but the current listing does not confirm those photo hours.
